Be on the Lookout!

VHOA has posted 2 new signs at the intersection of Lazy Lane and Point Road. The purpose is to redirect timeshare traffic from going through our neighborhoods. One reads Villages Marina and the other Villages Condos. Next, they will post the same signs at the intersection of Wild Lakes & Clear Lakes, coming west from the Timeshares on Clear Lake, at the intersection, a sign saying Villages Marina pointing north toward Wild Lakes, then coming south on Wild Lakes, the sign, Villages Condos pointing east.

The telephone contact number for security on your street is (903) 561-1153 ext. 4125. If you are going to be out of town and you want to inform Security, contact our office @ (903) 534-9060. Additionally, it is important to call Security immediately anytime a vehicle of a suspicious nature is observed on your street.

| New Method of Paying Water Bill

Algonquin Water Company has requested and received approval to install a neighborhood payment drop box for water company payments. This will prevent driving further to deliver your water bill payment. The payment drop box will be located at the corner of the VHOA business office. Pickups will be made daily.
